[ULUS-10407] Prinny Could I Really Be The Hero Codes

Set Cheat Hz to 15/1000 for all of these codes I use CoderPr so they are already set to 15/1000 Hz by default on my psp but just so you know if your using NitePr dont forget to set to it to 15/1000

for the Ice skate code just walk a little bit and then stop and watch Prinny glide

for the Parachute fall its better experienced if you use my Super jump or less gravity so you jump higher and have more of a distance to fall so you can better see the effects of the code
